Frequently asked questions

Orders usually arrive within 3–6 working days. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Nothing. Delivery is free on every order to Austria, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal and Spain. We ship from within the EU, so there are no customs duties or import charges.

Austria, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal and Spain. For now we can't deliver to some islands and overseas territories, such as the Canary Islands, the Azores, Madeira and the French overseas departments.

We're sorry if that happens. Please email us a photo of the damage and of the packaging as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, and we'll send you a replacement part or a new item free of charge.

You can try everything at home for 100 days from delivery. If a piece isn't right, let us know by email or via “Withdraw from contract here”, and we'll email you a free prepaid return label. Please return the item undamaged and complete; the original packaging is recommended but not required. We refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving your return. The home trial is a voluntary promise on top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which remains fully intact.

Our coffee tables and wall mirrors come with the 10-year Valvelle warranty from the date of delivery. It covers manufacturing defects in the base or frame, the wood finish and the mirror silvering, free of charge. It does not cover glass breakage after delivery, damage from misuse or accidents, normal wear, or the natural variations in colour and grain that make wood unique. Artificial plants are covered by the legal guarantee. Your statutory consumer rights always remain unaffected; the full conditions are on our Warranty page.

You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Depending on your country, additional local payment methods are shown at checkout.

Yes. Payments are handled by certified payment providers over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.

Our coffee tables use tempered safety glass, 8 mm thick. Tempering makes glass several times stronger than ordinary glass, and in the unlikely event that it breaks, it crumbles into small, blunt pieces instead of sharp shards. Avoid hard knocks on the edges and don't place very hot objects directly on the glass.

Hardly. The tables arrive in one or two parts and are ready in a few minutes. Instructions and any fittings you need are included.

Wipe the wood with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth, and avoid standing water, abrasive cleaners and direct heat. Clean the glass with a microfibre cloth and a mild glass cleaner. Wood is a natural material, so its colour can slowly change in strong sunlight.

Dust them every few weeks with a soft, dry cloth or a hairdryer on the cold setting. Our plants are made for indoor use; keep them out of strong direct sunlight for long periods so the colours stay fresh. After unpacking, gently bend the branches and leaves into shape.

The plants come in a simple black plastic pot. For the most natural look, place it in a decorative planter of your choice.

Each wall mirror has fittings on the back. Because walls differ, screws and wall plugs are not included: choose ones that suit your wall and the mirror's weight, which you'll find on the product page.
