Warranty
Our coffee tables and wall mirrors come with the 10-year Valvelle warranty from the date of delivery. It covers manufacturing defects in the base or frame, the wood finish and the mirror silvering, free of charge. It does not cover glass breakage after delivery, damage from misuse or accidents, normal wear, or the natural variations in colour and grain that make wood unique. Artificial plants are covered by the legal guarantee. Your statutory consumer rights always remain unaffected; the full conditions are on our Warranty page.

Warnings
- The table top is made of tempered safety glass. If tempered glass is damaged it can break suddenly into many small pieces.
- Do not stand, sit or climb on the table. The table is designed for normal household items only; distribute heavy objects evenly.
- Avoid hitting the edges and corners of the glass with hard objects. Stop using the table if the glass is chipped, deeply scratched or cracked, and contact us.
- Do not place hot objects (pans, dishes straight from the oven) or very cold objects directly on the glass; avoid sudden temperature changes.
- Place the table on a level, stable floor. Check regularly that all screws and connections are tight.
- Assembly by two adults. Keep small parts (screws, fittings) and plastic packaging away from children — risk of choking and suffocation.
- For indoor use only.
Care
Clean the glass with a soft cloth and glass cleaner; clean wood with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive products.

All questionsWhich countries do you deliver to?
We deliver free of charge to Austria, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal and Spain. Some islands and overseas territories are excluded; you can find the details on our Shipping page.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3–6 working days, depending on your country and region. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you receive an e-mail with a DPD tracking link.
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
The 10-year Valvelle Guarantee covers manufacturing defects in the base and structure and in the wood finish, on top of your legal guarantee. Glass breakage after delivery is not covered. You can find the full conditions on our Warranty page.
Can I return it if it isn’t right?
Yes. On top of your statutory right of withdrawal, you have 100 days from delivery to decide. Returns are free: we send you a prepaid return label and refund the full purchase price.
Is my delivery tracked?
Yes. Every parcel is shipped with DPD and can be followed with your tracking link. Until the parcel is in your hands the risk is ours: if it is lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
