Warranty
Our coffee tables and wall mirrors come with the 10-year Valvelle warranty from the date of delivery. It covers manufacturing defects in the base or frame, the wood finish and the mirror silvering, free of charge. It does not cover glass breakage after delivery, damage from misuse or accidents, normal wear, or the natural variations in colour and grain that make wood unique. Artificial plants are covered by the legal guarantee. Your statutory consumer rights always remain unaffected; the full conditions are on our Warranty page.

Warnings
- Mount the mirror securely on a wall that can bear its weight (see the product details for the weight), using fixings suitable for your type of wall. Where fixings are supplied, check that they are suitable for your wall; if in doubt, consult a professional.
- Before drilling, check that there are no electrical cables, water or gas pipes in the wall.
- Mounting by two adults. Hang the mirror only by the mounting points intended for this purpose.
- If you place the mirror on the floor leaning against a wall, secure it to the wall so that it cannot fall over — risk of serious injury, especially for children.
- Mirror glass can break if it is hit or dropped, and broken glass is sharp.
- Do not expose the wooden frame to high humidity or water, and do not place the mirror in direct sunlight close to flammable materials.
- Keep small parts and plastic packaging away from children.
- For indoor use only.
Care
Clean the glass with a soft cloth and a little glass cleaner (spray onto the cloth, not onto the mirror). Clean the frame with a dry cloth.

All questionsWhich countries do you deliver to?
We deliver free of charge to Austria, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal and Spain. Some islands and overseas territories are excluded; you can find the details on our Shipping page.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3–6 working days, depending on your country and region. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you receive an e-mail with a DPD tracking link.
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
The 10-year Valvelle Guarantee covers manufacturing defects in the frame, the wood finish and the mirror silvering, on top of your legal guarantee. Glass breakage after delivery is not covered. You can find the full conditions on our Warranty page.
Can I return it if it isn’t right?
Yes. On top of your statutory right of withdrawal, you have 100 days from delivery to decide. Returns are free: we send you a prepaid return label and refund the full purchase price.
Is my delivery tracked?
Yes. Every parcel is shipped with DPD and can be followed with your tracking link. Until the parcel is in your hands the risk is ours: if it is lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
